Volunteer Roles

4 hrs/week

Visit assigned elders in their homes to provide companionship, light assistance and welfare checks.

6 hrs/week

Assist at medical outreach events, help transport elders to clinics, or provide first aid support.

Lead or assist in running our social events, skills workshops and community gatherings.
